My fasting days are my most productive. I am not as hungry today as I was that day after eating twice in the morning. I noticed that in the book you say that people make about 200 choices about food everyday, which I totally agree with. I could not believe how much free time I have now on my fasting days. The biggest problem I had on my first day of fasting was not that I was too hungry, but I was too bored. I was not sure what to do with all my time.
